梵净山地区粗须白甲鱼肌肉组织结构特征的初步分析

运用石蜡包埋组织切片法和HE染色对粗须白甲鱼肌肉组织进行组织学探究和分析,结果表明:粗须白甲鱼骨骼肌的肌纤维大小各异,形状不规则,其间含有一定量的结缔组织,血管和神经等结构.粗须白甲鱼心肌纤维之间的结缔组织非常发达,心肌纤维排列犹如平滑肌组织,具有不明显横纹,肌核为长梭形,分布在中间.粗须白甲鱼肌肉组织结构与普通鱼类相同,表现出对其生活环境的适应性及结构和功能的适应性.
Analysis of Muscle Tissue Structure Characteristics of Onychostoma barbatum from Fanjing Mountain
Paraffin embedded tissue section and HE staining were used to study and analyze the muscle tissue of Onychostoma barbatum.The results showed that the skeletal muscle fiber of Onychostoma barbatum was different in size and irregular in shape.It contains a certain number of connective tissue,blood vessels and nerves and other structures.The connective tissue between the myocardial fibers of Onychostoma barba-tum is very developed.The myocardial fibers are arranged like smooth muscle tissue and have not obvious transverse striation.The muscle nucle-us is long fusiform and distributes in the middle.The muscle tissue structure of the Onychostoma barbatum is the same as that of the common fish,showing adaptability to its living environment,structure and function.
