Current Situation and Countermeasures of Bamboo Shoot Processing Industry in Zhaotong
This article describes the current situation and problems of bamboo shoot processing industry in Zhaotong,measures were put for-ward to promote the sustainable and healthy development of the bamboo industry in Zhaotong,to consolidate and enhance the effectiveness of the poverty alleviation industry and to increase farmers'income,including increasing the introduction and cultivation of enterprises,accelera-ting the construction of the fresh shoot killing and preservation system,establishing and improving the mechanism of interest linkage,strengthe-ning the infrastructure construction of bamboo production areas,focusing on building scientific research platforms,and increasing policy sup-port.
