Analysis of Insect Community Structure and Faunal Characteristics in Zhejiang Jiulongshan National Nature Reserve
In order to understand the community structure and faunal characteristics of insects in Zhejiang Jiulongshan National Nature Reserve,a field survey of insect wild resources was carried out in Jiulongshan National Nature Reserve from 2017 to 2021 by means of net trap-ping,Mahalowitz net trapping and lamp trapping. The results showed that there are 2 253 species of insects known in the nature reserve, belong to 21 orders,217 families,1 387 genera.Among them, the dominant orders were Lepidoptera,Hemiptera,Coleoptera,Hymenoptera, and Diptera.Among the many dominant insect groups, the species richness of the major families of Lepidoptera was higher than others. The analysis of genus and species abundance of dominant groups showed that the insect community structure in this region was relatively stable. The floristic composition of different insect orders in this area was quite different, among which the proportion of Chinese endemic species was rela-tively high, accounting for 63.65%,indicating the endemic and ancient nature of insects distributed in this region. In addition, there are 705 species of natural enemy insects, edible insects, ornamental insects, and medicinal insects in 128 families, accounting for 31.29%of the total number of insect species in the reserve. The research results can provide data support for the scientific protection and rational utilization of in-sect resources in the reserve.
