Effects of On-line Laser Punching Parameters on Physical and Chemical Indices of Medium-sized Cigarette
[Objective]The influence of on-line laser punching parameters on physical and chemical indexes of medium-sized cigarette was clearly defined,providing reference for the setting of laser punching parameters of medium-sized cigarette.[Method]The effects of different on-line laser punching parameters on the quality of medium-sized cigarette were analyzed with the physical indexes,the emission of conventional smoke components and the sensory quality.[Result]The number of on-line laser holes showed a negative correlation with the suction resistance of medium-sized cigarette(P<0.01),a positive correlation with the filter ventilation rate and total ventilation rate(P<0.01),and a quadratic re-gression relationship with the release amount of TPM,moisture and tar.There was a quadratic regression relationship between the laser pulse time and the suction resistance,the filter ventilation rate and the total ventilation rate of the cigarette,and there was no significant effect on the emission of conventional smoke components.The effect of the number of laser holes on the physical and chemical indexes is higher than that of the on-line laser pulse time,the on-line laser punching parameters mainly affect the aroma,irritation and harmony of medium-sized cigarette.[Conclusion]A mathematical model of the relationship between the on-line laser punching parameters and the physical and chemical indexes of medium-sized cigarette was put forward and applied to the setting of laser punching parameters in the development and product maintenance of medium-sized cigarette.
