Study on the Spatial and Temporal Characteristics and Coordination of the Implementation of Agricultural Land Consolidation Pro-jects in Jiangsu Province
Based on the data of agricultural land consolidation projects in Jiangsu Province from 2011 to 2020,the spatial and temporal pattern characteristics of agricultural land consolidation projects in Jiangsu Province were explored by using GIS spatial metrology and coupling coordi-nation degree analysis,and the coordination of implementation of agricultural land consolidation projects was evaluated.The results showed that the standard deviation and coefficient of variation of the number of agricultural land consolidation projects,project construction scale,new culti-vated land scale and investment amount in Jiangsu Province showed wave changes during 201 1-2020.The spatial agglomeration characteristics of agricultural land consolidation projects in Jiangsu Province were uneven,and the movement trajectory of the center of gravity of agricultural land consolidation projects changed significantly.From 2011 to 2020,the coordination degree of the implementation of agricultural land consoli-dation projects in Jiangsu Province was generally low,and it was in a transition state from serious disorder to moderate disorder.The spatial pat-tern showed a slightly higher coordination degree in the middle and a lower coordination degree in the north and south.In the future,we should strengthen the preparation of agricultural land consolidation planning,clarify the allocation of capital elements in the implementation process of agricultural land consolidation projects,effectively increase the area of cultivated land,and improve the comprehensive benefits of agricultural land consolidation project areas.
