Study on the Performance of Agricultural Machinery Financial Expenditure—An Empricial Analysis Based on Jiangsu Province
The paper studies with the exploration on the mechanism of agricultural machinery financial expenditure,accounting and analyzing the efficiency and its restrictive factors.And finally we puts forward some suggestions.The results show that:①Agricultural mechanization level could leverage financial expenditure to financial efficiency and show interregional differences.Economic effect shows North-Jiangsu＞Mid-Jiangsu＞South-Jiangsu,while comprehensive effect(social,economic and ecological benefit)is North-Jiangsu＞South-Jiangsu＞Mid-Jiangsu.②In the modern agricultural system,we should get rid of the traditional concepts of development,cultivating and developing new agricultural operation entities,strengthening the socialized services and driving force of agricultural technology,improving the social employment and security system,exploring the supportive policy of agricultural fuel and electricity market price according to local conditions,and establishing the long-term ef-fective mechanism of agricultural machinery financial expenditure performance by means of technological innovation and investment in science and technology,which will be the only way for Jiangsu to achieve high-quality agricultural development.
