The Empirical Research of the Impact of Human Capital on New Agricultural Business Entities E-commerce Behavior
This paper takes 142 new agricultural operators in Hubei Province as the research object,and uses Probit model to investigate the impact of human capital on e-commerce behavior of new agricultural operators.The results show that human capital has a significant positive impact on e-commerce behavior of new agricultural business entities.The more employees with high school education or above,the greater the possibility of adopting e-commerce;Managers'education level,farming experience and re-education have a significant positive impact on e-commerce adoption;The age of managers has a significant negative impact on e-commerce adoption behavior.Therefore,the government should recognize the importance of human capital in the development of new agricultural business entities,and guide new agricultural business entities to make full use of e-commerce,so as to achieve healthy and long-term development.
