Study on the Value,Dilemma and Practical Path of Digital Economy Enabling High-Quality Agricultural Development
High-quality development has become the theme of agricultural modernization development,and high-quality agricultural develop-ment cannot be separated from digital empowerment.This paper studies the value,dilemma and practical path of digital economy enabling high-quality agricultural development.It is found that digital economy enables high-quality agricultural development with the value of stimula-ting the endogenous power of farmers through collaborative sharing effect,breaking the boundaries of time and space,optimizing the structure of rural human capital,and promoting the integration and symbiosis of rural industries.There are difficulties such as shortage of human re-sources in digital agriculture,insufficient capital investment and technical support for digital transformation,and widespread dispersion of agri-cultural operation.The practice path is to build a professional digital agriculture talent team,strengthen capital investment,promote scientific research and innovation,improve the top-level design,and formulate product standards.
