Theoretical Logic and Practical Path of Cultivating Great Farmer Craftsman in Chinese Agricultural Modernization
Rural talents are the foundation of strengthening and prospering agriculture.Accelerating the promotion of Chinese agricultural mod-ernization puts forward new and higher requirements for rural talents,and the problems and challenges faced by the cultivation of rural talents are more severe.It is urgent to cultivate a group of high-level rural talents,Great Farmer Craftsman(GFC),who love agriculture,rural areas and farmers,take root in rural areas and revitalize industries,to guide smallholders to enter the track of modern agricultural development with advanced concepts and business models.Based on the analysis of the resume information of the winners of the national farmers'skill competi-tion,this paper expounds the connotation and characteristics of the GFC,and the value of cultivation of GFC in Chinese agricultural moderni-zation;analyzes the cultivation system of GFC from three aspects of the cultivation object,the cultivation subject and the cultivation plan;then proposes the practical path of the cultivation of the GFC.
