The Mechanism and Function of New Rural Talents Participating in Rural Governance:A Case Study Based on Embedded Govern-ance
On the basis of good governance,the new village sages play an important role in"three governance integration"to realize the con-nection between national rights and villagers.This paper analyzes the embedded logic of the new rural talents by case study and combining with Shangyu District of Shaoxing City,the birthplace of the real rural talents culture.From the angle of embedding:capital embedding,political embedding and cultural embedding to reflect the mechanism of the new rural sages,and from three aspects briefly summarized the role of the new rural sages in rural governance.By making good use of their own advantages,the new rural sages can better integrate into the rural con-struction,and act as a model to solve many contradictions that difficult to be reconciled by the grassroots government.
