角蒿和黄花角蒿种子萌发特性及其对盐分和干旱胁迫的响应

探究角蒿(Incarvillea sinensis var.sinensis)和黄花角蒿(I.sinensis var.przewalskii)种子的萌发特征和抗逆性.结果表明,参试角蒿和黄花角蒿种子都具有快速萌发的特征,但它们的适宜萌发温度和萌发抗逆性存在一定差异.角蒿种子的适宜萌发温度为25℃,黄花角蒿种子的适宜萌发温度为25℃和20/30℃.相对而言,角蒿种子对盐分和干旱胁迫的抗逆性更强.此外,角蒿种子在形状、大小、千粒重和生活力等方面均优于黄花角蒿种子.该研究结果有助于更好地利用这2种植物的种质资源,提高其生产利用效率.
Seed Germination Characteristics and Response to Salinity and Drought Stress in Incarvillea sinensis var.sinensis and I.sinensis var.przewalskii
The aim of this study was to investigate the germination characteristics and stress resistance of Incarvillea sinensis var.sinensis and I.sinensis var.przewalskii seeds.The results showed that both species had rapid germination characteristics,but there were differences in their optimal germination temperature and stress resistance.The optimal germination temperature for I.sinensis var.sinensis seeds was 25℃,while for I.sinensis var.przewalskii it was 25℃and 20/30℃.Moreover,I.sinensis var.sinensis exhibited stronger resistance to salt and drought stress.Additionally,I.sinensis var.sinensis seeds were superior to I.sinensis var.przewalskii seeds in terms of shape,size,thousand-seed weight,and vigor.These results contribute to better utilization of the seed resources of these two plants and to improving their production and utilization effi-ciency.
