[目的]研究不同环境温度、饵料湿度和饵料pH对蚯蚓生长和繁殖的影响,确定其最佳生长繁殖条件,为蚯蚓养殖提供科学依据.[方法]设计3个试验,分别研究不同环境温度对蚯蚓生长和产卵数的影响、不同饵料湿度对蚯蚓生长和产卵数的影响、不同pH对蚯蚓生长和产卵数的影响.[结果]不同温度对蚯蚓生长和繁殖的影响结果表明:23℃时产卵数最多,显著多于18 和30℃时的产卵数(P<0.05);25℃次之,但两者间差异不显著;18℃时蚯蚓产卵数最少,显著少于23、25和30℃时的产卵数(P<0.05).但从增重效果来看,18℃条件下总增重3.022 g,显著高于其他处理(P<0.05).不同湿度对蚯蚓生长和繁殖的影响结果表明:室温23~25℃条件下,65%湿度组个体生长最好,60%和70%湿度组稍次之,但处理间差异不显著(P>0.05);湿度70%时,蚯蚓产卵数显著高于其他组(P<0.05);湿度40%时,蚯蚓产卵数回升,但成活率较低.不同pH对蚯蚓生长和产卵数的影响结果表明:在pH 5~11范围内蚯蚓均能成活并有少量产茧,其适应性较广,而在pH为9时产卵数较多;处理组蚯蚓成活数在pH为6时最多;pH为8时,在增重、产茧数上,对照组优于任一处理组.[结论]大平二号蚯蚓繁殖最佳条件为温度23℃、湿度70%、pH 6;大平二号蚯蚓生长最佳条件为温度18℃、湿度65%、pH 8~9.
The Effects of Environmental Temperature,Feed Humidity,and Feed pH on the Growth and Reproduction of Earthworms
[Objective]The aim of this study is to determine the optimal temperature,humidity,and pH for the growth and reproduction of earthworms,providing scientific basis for earthworm breeding.[Method]This study conducted three experiments:The effect of different envi-ronmental temperatures on the growth and egg laying of earthworms;The effect of different water contents of bait on the growth and egg laying of earthworms;The effect of different pH values of bait on the growth and egg laying of earthworms.[Result]The study on the effect of different temperature on the growth and reproduction of earthworm showed that the number of eggs laid was the highest at 23℃,significantly higher than the number laid at 18 and 30℃(P<0.05),slightly lower at 25℃,but the difference was not significant,and the lowest at 18℃,significantly lower than the number laid at 23,25 and 30℃(P<0.05).However,from the perspective of weight gain effect,the total weight gain under 18℃conditions was 3.022 grams,significantly higher than other treatments(P<0.05).The study on the effect of different humidity on the growth and reproduction of earthworm showed that under room temperature conditions of 23-25℃,the 65% humidity group had the best indi-vidual growth,followed slightly by the 60% and 70% humidity groups,with no significant difference(P>0.05).At 70% humidity,the number of eggs laid was significantly higher than other groups(P<0.05),and at 40% humidity,the number of eggs laid rebounded.The study on the effect of different pH values on the growth and reproduction of earthworm showed that earthworms can live and produce a small amount of co-coons within the pH 5-11 range,with a wide adaptability.They grow better at pH 9,with the highest survival rate of earthworms at pH 6 and pH 9.At pH 8,the control group outperforms any other treatment group in terms of weight gain and cocoon production.[Conclusion]The opti-mal conditions for reproduction of the earthworm Daping 2 are temperature 23℃,humidity 70%,pH 6;the optimal conditions for growth of Daping 2 are temperature 18℃,humidity 65%,pH 8-9.
