摘要

以昆明市10种常见阔叶树种为研究对象,采用DUALEX植物多酚-叶绿素测量计测定不同树种叶绿素含量、植物多酚类物质含量,比较不同树种新叶和老叶叶绿素含量、植物多酚类物质,分析叶龄、叶位对不同树种叶绿素含量和植物多酚类物质的影响.结果表明:树种叶绿素含量及植物多酚类物质含量与叶位不显著相关(P>0.05),与叶龄呈显著相关(P<0.05).证明造成树种间叶绿素、多酚类物质含量的差异并非来自叶位的不同,而是与树种叶龄有明显相关,同时树种间叶绿素、多酚类物质含量不同也与树种间的差异相关,这可为昆明地区阔叶林选种的判断提供科学依据.

Abstract

Taking ten common broad-leaved trees species as the research object,applying DUALEX plant polyphenol-chlorophyll meter to measure chlorophyll contents and plant polyphenols of different tree species.The chlorophyll contents and plant polyphenols of new and old leaves of different tree species were compared in different species,the effects of leaf age and orientation on chlorophyll content and plant poly-phenols of different tree species were analyzed.The results showed that the leaf orientation had not significantly affected on chlorophyll contents and plant polyphenols among different species(P>0.05),however,the leaf age had significantly affected on chlorophyll contents and plant polyphenols among different species(P<0.05).It was proved that the difference in the contents of chlorophyll and polyphenols among tree species was not caused by the difference in leaf orientation,but was significantly related to the leaf age of tree species.Meanwhile,the differ-ence in the chlorophyll contents and polyphenols among tree species was also related to the difference among tree species.This provides an im-portant basis for selection of broad-leaved trees in Southwest of Kunming.
