Effects of Combined Application of Nitrogen,Phosphorus,Potassium and Calcium on the Growth of Cinnamomum saxatile Seedlings
Using Cinnamomum saxatile as the material,a four-factor and four-level orthogonal design was adopted to explore the effects of pro-portional fertilization of N,P,K,Ca on the growth of one-year-old C.saxatile seedlings. The purpose of the study was to provide scientific basis for fertilization of C.saxatile.The results showed that the diameter and height of C.saxatile increased in general when the application time of N,P,K and Ca fertilizers was 30-150 d.The average value was 1.11-1.61 times and 1.23-2.17 times than the first fertilization. The effects of different fertilization treatments on the diameter and height of C.saxatile seedlings were significantly different. The best perform-ance of growth was the combination of T8(N1 P3 K2 Ca1).The effect of N fertilizer on the diameter and height of C.saxatile seedlings was sig-nificant,but the effect of P and K fertilizer was not.The effect of Ca fertilizer on height was significant, but not on diameter. The diameter growth reached the maximum at N1(100 mg/plant N)level. In conclusion,N1 P3 K2 Ca1(100 mg/plant N+80 mg/plant P+40 mg/plant K)was the most suitable fertilizer combination to promote the growth of C.saxatile seedlings under the study conditions.
