This study focused on analyzing and comparing the nutritional and harmful components of Cynanchum auriculatum from five differ-ent places of origin,including Binhai in Jiangsu,Dabie Mountain in Anhui,Huanggang in Hubei,Qiandongnan in Guizhou and Xichang in Si-chuan.SPSS 25.0 was used to perform principal component analysis and comprehensive evaluation on the 36 indicator components of Cynan-chum auriculatum from these five places of origin.The result showed that the Cynanchum auriculatum produced in Xichang of Sichuan had the best quality among the five places of origin.
