摘要
基于《国家乡村振兴战略规划(2018-2022)》提出的乡村文化振兴的三大方向,分别从思想道德层面、传统文化层面与公共生活层面剖析乡村文化振兴的内涵意蕴,并指出当下乡村文化振兴存在民众离农与传承主体缺失、文化供给与文化需求错位、城乡一体化格局与城乡文化对立冲突的三大矛盾,又因文旅融合与乡村文化振兴在逻辑起点、实现路径和目标指向存在高度耦合,因此可通过"文旅+产业"克服乡村民众离农、"文旅+乡建"解决文化供需错位、"文旅+价值"促进城乡文化融合,助力乡村文化振兴.
Abstract
Based on the three major directions of rural cultural revitalization proposed in the National Rural Revitalization Strategic Plan(2018-2022),we analyze the connotation and meaning of rural cultural revitalization from the level of ideology and morality,traditional cul-ture and public life respectively,and point out that there are three contradictions in rural cultural revitalization at present:People leaving the farm and the lack of inheritance main body,cultural supply and cultural demand misalignment,urban-rural integration pattern and urban-rural cultural conflict,and the cultural tourism integration and rural cultural revitalization are highly coupled in terms of logical starting point,reali-zation path and target direction,therefore,we can overcome the departure of rural people from agriculture through"cultural tourism + indus-try",solve the misalignment of cultural supply and demand through"cultural tourism + rural construction"through"cultural tourism + val-ue",promote the integration of urban and rural culture and help revitalize rural culture.
