Implementing the rural revitalization strategy,promoting high-quality and efficient agriculture,livable and beautiful rural areas,and affluent farmers,talent was the primary resource.At the same time,the supply of rural talents was characterized by insufficient quantity,poor structure,and low quality.It was recommended to establish a sound system and mechanism for the revitalization of rural talents,create a good atmosphere of respecting and valuing talents,build a multi-level education and training system,increase the efforts of talent recruitment and introduction,and strengthen talent security services,so as to facilitate the two-way flow and rational allocation of talents between urban and rural areas.
