采收成熟度对雪茄茄衣烟叶晾制质量的影响

为探讨雪茄茄衣烟叶适宜采收成熟度,研究了不同采收成熟度对茄衣中部烟叶主要农艺性状及晾制后物理指标、化学成分及外观质量的影响.结果表明,随着采收成熟度的提高,鲜烟叶SPAD值和含水率降低,色度值升高;晾制后烟叶叶片厚度、叶面密度和拉力值先升高后降低;两糖比先增加后降低,氮碱比和钾氯比降低;成熟度和油分得分升高,支脉粗细和支脉平伏度得分降低.综合考虑物理特性、化学成分和外观质量,茄衣中部烟叶适宜采收成熟度的外观特征为叶色绿黄(绿中微带黄),主脉1/3变白,支脉1/4变白,茸毛少部分脱落.
Effects of Harvesting Maturity on Quality of Cigar Wrapper Leaves After Air-curing
In order to explore the appropriate harvest maturity of cigar wrapper leaves,the effects of different harvest maturity on the main ag-ronomic characters, physical indicators, chemical components and appearance quality of cigar wrapper middle leaves after air-curing were studied.The results showed that with the increase of harvest maturity, the SPAD value and water content of fresh wrapper leaves decreased, while the chromaticity value increased.After air-curing, the leaf thickness, leaf surface density and tensile force of leaves first increased and then decreased.The ratio of two sugars first increased and then decreased, while the nitrogen base ratio and potassium chloride ratio decreased;The scores of maturity and oil content increased, while the scores of branch thickness and flatness decreased.Considering the physical charac-teristics, chemical composition and appearance quality, the appearance characteristics of the cigar wrapper middle leaves that were suitable for harvest maturity:leaf color was greenish yellow ( greenish to yellowish) , with 1/3 of the main veins turning white, and 1/4 of the branch veins turning white with a small amount of tomenta falling off.
