广西县域景观格局对土地利用效率的影响

在ESDA-GWR的研究框架下分析了2020年广西全部区县的土地利用效率和景观格局的总体特征与区域差异,并定量研究了耕地、农村居民点用地、城镇建设用地的斑块形状特征和空间分布特征对土地利用效率的影响机理.结果表明:广西土地利用效率总体一般,各地区差异显著,地级市内中心地区的效率相对于周边地区普遍更高,北部湾经济区效率较高而西江经济带效率较低;广西各地类景观指数的空间正相关性强烈,西南部和北部的土地利用方式较为集约,而中部和东南部则较为粗放;规整连片的耕地、节约集约的农村居民点用地和"一核多元"的城镇建设用地能够显著地提升土地利用效率,其中达到较大规模且具有明显中心城区的城镇建设用地布局方式对土地利用效率的正面影响尤为明显.
Impact of Landscape Pattern on Land Use Efficiency in Guangxi on County Scale
This paper analyzes the overall characteristics and regional differences of land use efficiency and landscape pattern in all districts and counties of Guangxi in 2020 under the research framework of ESDA-GWR, and quantitatively studies the impact mechanism of patch shape characteristics and spatial distribution characteristics of cultivated land, rural residential land, and urban construction land on land use effi-ciency.The results show that land use efficiency of Guangxi is generally on a moderate level yet with significant regional differences, the effi-ciency of center areas within Prefecture level are generally higher relative to the surrounding areas. The Beibu Gulf Economic Zone shows a strong strength on socio-economic development with a high land use efficiency, while the Xijiang Economic Belt develops fast but with a low land use efficiency. Landscape metrics of different areas in Guangxi share a significant positive spatial correlation. The north and southwest part of Guangxi use their land resources in a more intensive way, while central and southeast part is in an extensive developing mode. Regular and contiguous arable land, economical and intensive rural residential land, and"One-Core-Multipart"urban construction land can significantly improve land use efficiency. Among them, the layout of urban construction land that reaches a larger scale and has a clear central urban area has a particularly significant positive impact on land use efficiency.
