Introduced the current situation of forest resources in the northwest region, elaborated on the role of forest resources in the north-west region, including improving the ecological environment and increasing social benefits, analyzed the difficulties faced in talent, invest-ment, management system, and management awareness in forest resource management, and proposed measures to strengthen forest resource management work from the aspects of talent and professional team construction, capital investment, management system, publicity, and pro-tection technology.
