2种木霉菌制剂对烤烟生长的影响

[目的]积极响应洱海保护行动,减轻长期大量使用化学农药带来的一系列问题.[方法]采用生物农药(木霉菌制剂),在大理市湾桥镇以K326为供试材料,采用灌根施用方法,探究东方农韵木霉菌(T1)、优沃美哈茨木霉菌(T2)、清水处理(CK)对烤烟移栽成活率、不同时期的农艺性状、生物学产量、经济性状烤后烟叶化学成分、黑胫病防控效果的影响.[结果]各处理的移栽成活率均为100%,但烟苗长势表现为T1>T2>CK,以T1处理的烟苗茎高最高,达18.6 cm;与CK相比,2种木霉菌制剂处理在烤烟不同生长时期,对烤烟农艺性状都有不同程度的促生效果.团颗期T1、T2处理烟株株高、最大叶面积分别较CK增加8.53%、37.41%和2.38%、14.73%;旺长期T1、T2处理烟株茎围和最大叶面积分别较CK增加8.68%、30.78%和0.68%、23.99%;采烤期T1、T2处理最大叶面积显著提高,分别比CK增加33.36%、13.95%;在等量施肥条件下,烤后烟叶的经济性状、生物产量均随木霉菌制剂的使用而增加,T1、T2处理烟叶总重分别为256.4和229.0 g,比CK分别高55.4和28.0 g;T1、T2处理可分别增产534.58、207.30 kg/hm2,其产值分别增加8102.15和3621.34元/hm2;T1、T2处理烤烟中部烟叶总糖和还原糖含量较高,氯离子含量和糖碱比较低,烟草的化学成分更趋协调;与CK相比,施用木霉菌制剂均能降低黑胫病的发病率和病情指数,T1和T2处理对发病率和病情指数的降低效果明显,T1、T2处理的发病率和病情指数分别达到4.00%、1.85和3.33%、1.93,防治效果分别达53.27%和51.40%.[结论]施用木霉菌制剂对烤烟的生长发育有一定促进作用,可以防治黑胫病,减少黑胫病发生,并提高烤烟的质量和烟叶的口感.
Effects of Two Kinds of Trichoderma Preparations on the Growth of Flue-cured Tobacco
In order to actively respond to the protection action of Erhai and alleviate a series of problems caused by the long-term large-scale use of chemical pesticides.[Method]The effects of biological pesticides (Trichoderma preparations) were used to explore the effects of Trichoderma of Dongfangnongyun (T1),Trichoderma harzianum of Youwomei (T2) and water treatment (CK) on the survival rate of flue-cured tobacco transplanting,agronomic traits in different periods,biological yield,economic characters,chemical composition of tobacco leaves after roasting,and the prevention and control effect of black shin disease in Wanqiao Town,Dali City.[Result]The results showed that the sur-vival rate of transplanting of each treatment was 100%,but the growth of tobacco seedlings T1>T2>CK,and the maximum plant height of tobac-co seedlings treated with T1 was 18.6 cm,and compared with CK,the two Trichoderma preparations had different degrees of growth promotion effect on the agronomic traits of flue-cured tobacco at different growth stages.T1 and T2 in the clumping stage significantly increased plant height and maximum leaf area by 8.53%,37.41%,2.38% and 14.73%,respectively.T1 and T2 increased stem circumference and maximum leaf area by 8.68%,30.78%,0.68% and 23.99%,respectively.The maximum leaf area of T1 and T2 during the baking period increased significantly, which increased by 33.36% and 13.95% compared with CK,respectively.Under the condition of equal fertilization,the economic traits and bio-logical yield of tobacco leaves after roasting increased with the application of Trichoderma preparation,and the dry weights of T1 and T2 tobacco leaves after treatment were 256.4 and 229.0 g,respectively,which were 55.4 and 28.0 g higher than CK,respectively,and the yield of T1 and T2 treatments could increase by 534.58 and 207.30 kg/hm2 ,respectively,and their output values were 8102.15 and 3621.34 yuan/hm2 ,respec-tively.The contents of total sugar and reducing sugar in the middle of T1 and T2 flue-cured tobacco were higher,the ratio of chlorine and sugar to alkali was lower,and the chemical composition of tobacco was more coordinated.Compared with CK,the application of Trichoderma milderella preparations could reduce the incidence and disease index of black shin disease,T1 and T2 had obvious effects on the incidence and disease in-dex,the incidence and disease index of T1 and T2 reached 4.00%,1.85,3.33% and 1.93,respectively,and the control effect reached 53.27%and 51.40%,respectively.[Conclusion]The application of Trichoderma preparations had a certain role in promoting the growth and development of flue-cured tobacco and could prevent and control black shin disease,reduce the occurrence of black shin disease and improve the quality of flue-cured tobacco and the taste of tobacco leaves.
