Effect of Moisture and Sowing Methods on Soil Available Nitrogen and Enzyme Activity
To study the effect of moisture and mixed sowing on soil nitrogen supply.[Method]Using Agropyron cristatum and Medi-cago falcata as materials and monosowing as a control, the effect of soil moisture on soil available nitrogen content and soil enzyme activity of grass mixed with beans was studied.[Result]The content of soil available nitrogen and soil urease activity both increase with increasing mois-ture, and the highest soil fast-acting nitrogen content and enzyme activity were found at W4(85%-95%), the maximum water holding capacity in the field. The available nitrogen content of mixed sowing was lower than that of monosowing Medicago falcata, but there was no difference compared to monosowing Agropyron cristatum.[Conclusion]Moisture and sowing method had important effects on soil nitrogen conversion and hydrolysis.
