A combination of methods such as field route inspection, on-site visits and market research was used to investigate the wild re-sources of Tinospora sagittata in various counties (cities) of Qiandongnan Prefecture, and to preliminarily grasp the current situation of Tinos-pora sagittata wild resources in Qiandongnan Prefecture.The results showed that the wild resources of the medicinal plant Tinospora sagittata were widely distributed in Qiandongnan Prefecture, but they were severely excavated, resulting in a sharp decrease in the number of wild re-sources and a smaller root size. The protection of wild resources needs to be taken seriously by relevant departments to prevent resource deple-tion.
