微波消解-原子荧光光谱法测定栀子中的砷和汞

[目的]对中药材栀子中的2种危害较大的重金属元素砷和汞含量进行测定,建立栀子中砷和汞元素的检测方法.[方法]样品经微波消解处理后,采用原子荧光光谱法测定栀子中砷、汞含量.[结果]栀子中砷含量为0.1045 mg/kg,汞含量0.0141 mg/kg,均低于2020版《中国药典》检查项下重金属限量规定.[结论]该方法高效、准确可靠、精密度高,为中药中汞、砷的质量控制和监测提供了简单、快速的测试手段.
Determination of As and Hg in Gardenia jasminoides by Atomic Fluorescence Spectrometry with Microwave Digestion
To determine the content of two harmful heavy metal elements (As and Hg), and establish a detection method for As and Hg in Gardenia jasminoides.[Method] After microwave digestion of the sample, the content of As and Hg was determined by atomic fluo-rescence spectrometry.[Result] The As content in Gardenia jasminoides was 0.1045 mg/kg, and the Hg content was 0.0141 mg/kg, both of which were lower than the national standard and comply with the limit requirements of the 2020 edition of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia.[Conclu-sion] This method was efficient, accurate, reliable and highly precise, providing a simple and fast testing method for the quality control and monitoring of As and Hg in traditional Chinese medicine.
