摘要
[目的]探究乡村振兴战略背景下,乡镇干部工作绩效影响因素及其之间的相互关系,构建影响因素指标体系结合工作绩效影响机理公式P=f(S,O,M,E)进行影响关系梳理.[方法]基于文献调研法与专家调研法抽取并识别乡镇干部工作绩效影响因素,从技能(S)、机会(O)、激励(M)、环境(E)4个维度构建影响因素指标体系,通过DEMATEL决策实验室法进行影响因素之间的量化计算并进行结果分析.[结果]研究得出,激励(M)、环境(E)主要为原因要素,技能(S)、机会(O)主要为结果要素,其中沟通技能(A1)、学习机会(A6)、政策机会(A4)、组织技能(A2)与专业技能(A3)中心度较高,相关研究应予以重视.[结论]研究结果为深度识别乡镇干部工作绩效影响因素的显著性与差异性提供理论与实践指导.
Abstract
Under the background of the rural revitalization strategy,the influencing factors of the work performance of township cadres and their interrelationships are explored,and the influencing factors index system is constructed to sort out the influencing relationships in combination with the formula P=f (S,O,M,E) of the work performance impact mechanism.[Method] Based on the literature research and expert research methods,the influencing factors of the work performance of township cadres are extracted and identified,and the influencing factor index system is constructed from the four dimensions of skills (S), opportunities (O), incentives (M),and environment (E).The quantitative calculation of the influencing factors is carried out through the DEMATEL decision-making laboratory method and the results are analyzed.[Result] According to the research,motivation (M) and environment (E) are mainly cause factors,and skills (S) and opportunities (O) are mainly result factors,among which communication skills (A1),learning opportunities (A6),policy opportunities (A4),organizational skills (A2) and professional skills (A3) are highly focused,and relevant research should be paid attention to.[Conclusion]The results provide theoretical and practical guidance for in-depth identification of the significance and differences of the influencing factors of the work perform-ance of township cadres.
