Policy Evolution and Research Review of the"Separation of Three Rights"of Rural Contracted Land Under the Strategy of Rural Revitalization
The strategy of rural revitalization is a significant judgment of the Party in the new era on the new situation, tasks, and goals of ru-ral, agricultural, and farmer development, which clarifies the key points and directions for China's agricultural and rural reform and develop-ment in the new era.The report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China further proposes to comprehensively promote ru-ral revitalization. As a necessary path for China to achieve agricultural modernization and rural revitalization, the exploration and implementa-tion of the"three rights separation"system will be deepened in the context of the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy.Under the strategy of rural revitalization, it is necessary to clarify the implementation of the"separation of three rights". This paper reviews the policy e-volution and research on rural revitalization and the"separation of three rights", and combines relevant research and practical problems to pro-pose prospects for the research on the"separation of three rights"of rural contracted land.
