Alfalfa Planting Situation and Development Predicament in China——Based on Field Investigation of Inner Mongolia Ar Horqin Banner
The Ar Horqin Banner high-quality forage planting base is the core area of the forage industry in Inner Mongolia, it has played an active role in developing forage planting and related industries, protecting and controlling sandy land ecology, developing animal husbandry and increasing the income of farmers and herdsmen. However, it is still faced with some difficulties, such as restricted development of imported seed equipment, land and water resources, unbalanced supply and demand of high-quality forage. Based on the field investigation, we think that we should take into account the natural geographical and climatic conditions in different regions and plan the planting scale reasonably in the process of promoting the high-quality development of forage industry, we will optimize the distribution of high-quality forage industry nation-wide, strengthen the forages'chip' and equipment by combining production, study and research, and improve the mechanism of interest-link-ing of related subjects.
