Effects of Exogenous Selenium on Yield Related Characters and Selenium Content of Seed in Sesame
Fenzhi 2,Jinzhi 1,Jihangzhi 1 and Fenzhi 10 were used as experimental materials to study the effects of exogenous selenium on yield related characters and selenium content in sesame seeds. Results showed that the three selenium treatments increased the yield related characters of sesame, and the effects on capsule number per plant,1000-seed weight and yield were more obvious. Through comprehensive e-valuation,it was found that foliar application of organic selenium fertilizer had the best effects on improving yield factor of sesame, followed by nano-selenium fertilizer and mineral selenium fertilizer. After exogenous selenium treatment, the selenium content in each organ of sesame in-creased significantly, reaching a significant level. With the application of nano-selenium fertilizer and mineral selenium fertilizer, the selenium content of each organ in sesame was in the order of root > leaf > stem > seed, while spraying organic selenium fertilizer on leaf surface, the se-lenium content in sesame was in the order of leaf > root > grain ≈ stem. At the same time, the selenium transfer coefficient of sesame by foliar spraying of organic selenium fertilizer was significantly higher than nano-selenium fertilizer and mineral selenium fertilizer.
