Correlation Analysis of Body Weight,Body Size Indices,Carcass Traits of Qiangshan Cloud Chicken
In order to the correlation among the body weight,body size indices and carcass traits of Qiangshan Cloud Chicken,the body weight,body size indices and carcass traits of 21-week-old Qiangshan Cloud Chicken were measured,and the correlation analysis was made. The results showed that the average carcass rate of the cocks of Qiangshan Cloud Chicken was 89.23％,and the average whole-eviscerated rate was 73.27％,which indicated that Qiangshan Cloud Chicken had good performance. The results of the correlation analysis showed that there were extremely significant or significant correlation among some indices of the body weight,body size indices and carcass traits. The body weight,body size indices of cocks were significantly higher than those of hens.
