Study on Microlichen Species Diversity in Tuomuer Peak National Nature Reserve,Xinjiang
This study aims to further identify the diversity of microlichen species in the Tuomuer Peak National Nature Reserve, the microli-chen species diversity was analyzed on the basis of existing literature and field investigations. As the results show that, there are 69 microlichen species, belonging to 40 genera of 17 families.Among them Leconorales,Teloschistales and Pertusariales are dominated and have 39 species be-longing 10 families and 23genera,occupy 58.82%,57.50% and 56.52% of the total families, genus and species number of microlichens of this area. There are seven dominant families that have 47 species, occupy 67.50% of genera and 68.12% of total number of microlichen spe-cies respectively. The microlichen flora of this nature reserve is divided into following 9 geographical distribution types and 11 distribution types. And 9 geographical distribution types were Cosmopolitan element,Circumpolar element,Pantropical element,Temperate element,Middle Asian element,Middle Asian and west Asia element,Scandinovia-Hymalaya-North American species,East Europe-North Asian species and Endemic to China. The flora of the microlichen species is mainly composed of temperate elements, followed by Chinese endemic elements and Circumpolar element.
