Detection of Seven Organophosphorus Pesticides in Corn by QuEchERS-GC-MS/MS
Dried corn was crushed to prepare samples, and the method of QuEChERS for extracting organophosphorus pesticides from corn was optimized, the economic and rapid extraction of organophosphorus pesticide residues in corn was realized, and gas chromatography triple quadrupole tandem mass spectrometry was established to qualitatively and quantitatively detect organophosphorus pesticides in samples. The re-sults showed that the limit of detection(LOD) of seven organophosphorus pesticides was 0.03-0.49 μg/kg,limit of quantification(LOQ) was 0.08-1.62 μg/kg;the relative standard deviation (RSD) was 2.2%-16.7%,and the recovery rate was 63.8%-122.3%. This method had the characteristics of simplicity, fast response, high recovery rate, high sensitivity and strong resistance to matrix interference, and its suitable for the analysis and detection of organic phosphorus pesticides in corn crops.
