采用烘干玉米粉碎制样,优化了QuEChERS提取玉米中有机磷农药的方法,实现了经济快速提取玉米中有机磷农药残留,并建立了气相色谱-三重四极杆串联质谱对样品中有机磷农药进行定性定量检测.结果表明:7种有机磷农药的检出限(LOD)为0.03~0.49μg/kg,定量限(LOQ)为0.08~1.62μg/kg;方法精密度即相对标准偏差(RSD)为2.2%~16.7%,回收率为63.8%~122.3%.该方法具有简洁快速、回收率高、灵敏度高、抗基质干扰能力强的特点,适用于大批量玉米类作物中有机磷农药的痕量分析检测.
Detection of Seven Organophosphorus Pesticides in Corn by QuEchERS-GC-MS/MS
Dried corn was crushed to prepare samples,and the method of QuEChERS for extracting organophosphorus pesticides from corn was optimized,the economic and rapid extraction of organophosphorus pesticide residues in corn was realized,and gas chromatography triple quadrupole tandem mass spectrometry was established to qualitatively and quantitatively detect organophosphorus pesticides in samples. The re-sults showed that the limit of detection(LOD) of seven organophosphorus pesticides was 0.03-0.49 μg/kg,limit of quantification(LOQ) was 0.08-1.62 μg/kg;the relative standard deviation (RSD) was 2.2%-16.7%,and the recovery rate was 63.8%-122.3%. This method had the characteristics of simplicity,fast response,high recovery rate,high sensitivity and strong resistance to matrix interference,and its suitable for the analysis and detection of organic phosphorus pesticides in corn crops.
