The Influence of Professional Recognition Degree on Learning Engagement of Agricultural Vocational College Students:Focused on the Mediating Role of Self-Efficacy
Under the background of the implementation of rural revitalization,the professional recognition degree of agricultural students is closely related to the direction of employment,which is an important prerequisite for cultivating qualified agricultural technical talents. A ques-tionnaire survey was conducted among 335 vocational college students majoring in agricultural science by non-random convenience sampling,and statistical analysis was conducted by SPSS23.0.The purpose is to explore the influence of professional recognition degree on learning en-gagement of agricultural vocational college students,especially the mediating role of self-efficacy. The empirical results showed that there was a significant positive correlation between professional recognition and learning engagement,and self-efficacy played a mediating role in the in-fluence of professional recognition on learning engagement.The degree of professional recognition has a positive impact on the learning engage-ment of agricultural vocational college students. Increasing the intensity of school professional education and strengthening students' self-efficacy can help increase students' learning engagement,and promote the cultivation of high-quality agricultural talents serving rural revitalization.
