The comprehensive land consolidation work throughout the region is an important lever for promoting rural revitalization, and the pi-lot work carried out by the Ministry of Natural Resources has entered the stage of promoting implementation and summarizing experience. The Jiang-huai water-shed, as the geographical boundary of the Yangtze and Huaihe rivers, is an important grain production area and water source conservation area. The comprehensive land consolidation work in this region has important demonstration significance. Taking Fandian Commu-nity in Feidong County as an example, this paper discusses the compilation method and path of comprehensive land consolidation planning in the Jiang-huai water-shed area, with a view to providing experience for similar areas.
