为探索远程可视化调控烘烤的实际应用价值,选用云烟99烤烟品种的中部叶(11~13叶位)为试验材料,采用远程调控烘烤与现场烘烤开展对比试验.结果表明:在经济效益、化学成分和感官评吸质量上,与现场烘烤比较,采用远程调控烘烤的烤后烟叶,无明显差异,均可达到优质烟叶水平.通过远程可视化调控烘烤技术,其质量效果可以达到现场烘烤的水平.未来需要持续升级和改进远程可视化调控烘烤技术,以实现对烟叶烘烤过程的即时监管和有效数据收集.这将从根本上提高烟叶烘烤的效率,实现烟叶烘烤质量的提升.
Study on the Applicability of Remote Visual Regulation and Control of Tobacco Curing
The purpose of this study is to explore whether remote visual control curing has the value of popularization and application, through the comparative experiment of remote control curing and field curing, the middle leaf (11-13 leaf position) of Yunyan 99 flue-cured tobacco variety was selected as the experimental material. It is concluded that although the economic benefit, chemical composition content and sensory evaluation quality of flue-cured tobacco after remote control are slightly worse than that of on-site curing, the difference is not significant, and the cured tobacco can still reach the level of high-quality tobacco. To sum up, remote visual control and curing can reach the level of on-site curing, and in the process of development in the future, it is still necessary to upgrade and improve remote visual control and curing. In order to achieve the immediate supervision of tobacco curing process and effective data collection, fundamentally ensure tobacco curing quality and improve curing efficiency.
