Research on the Mechanism of Realizing the Value of Ecological Products in"Millennium Xiulin"
Establishing a sound mechanism for realizing the value of ecological products is a key measure to implement the New Development Concept and to promote the transformation of"Green Waters and Green Mountains"into"Gold Mountains and Silver Mountains", and is also an important path to promote the modernization of harmonious co-existence between humans and nature.Accelerating the realization of the value of ecological products in"Millennium Xiulin"is an inherent requirement for Xiong' an to build a model of green development cities and of green and high-quality development, and also a practical need to implement the spirit of President Xi Jinping's important speech of investiga-ting Xiong' an. This paper proposes four implementation mechanisms based on the actual situation in Xiong' an, including forest carbon sink, forest park development, forest ecological banking, and comprehensive ecological compensation, which have extensive demonstration and ref-erence significance.
