Based on 372 micro-survey data in Jianghan Plain, the orderly Probit regression model is used to explore the influence and function mechanism of interpersonal trust on the adoption of agricultural rice green planting technology, and the transmission mechanism of policy in-centive is analyzed. The results show that:①emotional trust and cognitive trust have significant positive effects on the adoption of rice green planting technology, and emotional trust is more promoting than cognitive trust;②there is no interaction between emotional trust and cognitive trust;③policy incentive has some intermediary effect in the influence of emotional trust and cognitive trust on the adoption of rice green plant-ing technology. Therefore, in order to promote the adoption of green rice planting technology, we should not only improve the level of interper-sonal trust of farmers, but also strengthen the implementation of relevant policy incentives.
