摘要

宁麦36(参试品种名宁麦7342)由江苏省农业科学院粮食作物研究所以扬麦20为母本,宁麦14为父本配制杂交,后代采用改良集团选择法育成的小麦新品种.该品种在2019—2022年江苏省农业科学院科企淮南小麦联合体区域试验和生产试验中,平均产量比对照扬麦20分别增产4.81%和5.99%.宁麦36有效穗数538.5万/hm2,穗粒数40.8粒,千粒重42.2 g.中抗赤霉病,弱筋.相关分析表明,有效穗数与产量呈极显著正相关;通径分析表明,有效穗数对产量的贡献最大,穗粒数次之,千粒重较小.宁麦36的高产栽培技术应是主攻穗数,兼顾增加穗粒数和千粒重.

Abstract

Ningmai 36 (test name Ningmai 7342) was bred through sexual hybridization and the modified bulk selection method with Yangmai 20 as a female parent and Ningmai 14 as a male parent,and it developed by Institute of Food Crops,Jiangsu Academy of Agricultural Sciences. The average yield of Ningmai 36 increased by 4.81% and 5.99%,respectively,compared with the check variety Yangmai 20 in the regional tests and production tests of wheat varieties in Jiangsu Academy of Agricultural Sciences Huainan wheat consortium consisted of institutions and enterprises during 2019-2022.The effective number of spikes was 538.5×104/hm2,kernels per spike was 40.8 and thousand-grain weight was 42.2 g.It had moderate resistance to wheat scab with weak-gluten quality. Correlation analysis showed that the effective spike number had a very significant positive correlation with the yield.The path analysis showed that the effective spike number contributed the most to the yield, grain number per spike was the second,and thousand-grain weight was relatively small. The high yield cultivation techniques of Ningmai 36 should be to focus on the number of effective spike and give consideration to increase the grain number per spike and thousand-grain weight.
