摘要

对36份山东地方辣椒种质资源的品质性状进行了不同果形和聚类类别的方差分析、变异系数分析、隶属度分析和聚类分析.结果表明,不同辣椒种质资源材料间品质性状变异系数为14.37%~110.26%,其中辣椒素含量变异系数最大(110.26%);不同果形中,粗纤维含量平均值组间差异达显著水平(P=0.013∗),其中线形椒变异系数最大(165.22%);5个品质指标的平均隶属度在0.18~0.65,综合品质存在较大差异,平均隶属度超过0.60且排名前3的辣椒种质资源按由大到小为L949(0.65)=L958(0.65)>L951(0.64)>L933(0.61)=L945(0.61)=LP220(0.61);该6个辣椒种质材料品质性状表现较好,可应用于药用、饲用及食品加工业等.

Abstract

The quality traits of 36 local pepper germplasm resources in Shandong were analyzed by variance analysis, coefficient of variation analysis, membership analysis and cluster analysis of different fruit shapes, regions and cluster categories. The results showed that the varia-tion coefficient of quality traits among different pepper germplasm resources ranged from 14.37% to 110.26%, and the variation coefficient of capsaicin content was the largest(110.26%). In different fruit shapes, the average value of crude fiber content was significantly different be-tween groups(P=0.013∗). The coefficient of variation of linear pepper was the largest(165.22%). The average membership degree of the five quality indexes was between 0.18 and 0.65, and the comprehensive quality was quite different. The average membership degree was more than 0.60, and the top three pepper germplasm resources were ranked from large to small as follows : L949(0.65)= L958(0.65)> L951 (0.64)> L933(0.61)= L945(0.61)= LP220(0.61);the six pepper germplasm materials have good quality traits and can be used in medic-inal, feeding and food processing industries.
