摘要

以国内口岸已截获的4种寇蛛为研究对象,应用PCR技术扩增这4种寇蛛标本的CO Ⅰ序列,并与GenBank记录的5种寇蛛CO Ⅰ序列进行比对,分析其序列特征,并构建系统发育进化树.结果显示:寇蛛属不同种类间的遗传差异显著,可将该CO Ⅰ序列作为DNA条形码,用于寇蛛属不同种类的分子鉴定.

Abstract

Four species of spiders intercepted at domestic ports were studied in this paper. The CO Ⅰ sequences of which were amplified by PCR and compared with the CO Ⅰ sequences of five species recorded in GenBank. And the sequence characteristics were analyzed and the phylogenetic tree was constructed.The results showed that there were significant genetic differences among different species of Latrodectus, and the CO Ⅰ sequence could be used as a DNA barcode for molecular identification of different species of Latrodectus.
