[Objective]The plants in Dalingshan Forest Park of Dongguan were investigated to provide reference for the effective protection and sustainable utilization of plant diversity.[Method] The plants diversity in Dalingshan Forest Park of Dongguan were analyzed based on the lit-erature review,expert consultation and field investigation.[Result]Twelve taxa,i.e.Microlepia hookeriana,Dryopteris sparsa,Lindera nacusua, Antidesma fordii,Alysicarpus bupleurifolius,Erigeron annuus,Plantago asiatica,Xenostegia tridentata,Erythrodes blumei,Zeuxine affinis,Cyperus surinamensis,Rhynchospora corymbosa were reported because they were not recorded in the Flora of Dongguan.[Conclusion]The discovery of these new distributions enriches the plant species resources in Dongguan and is of great significance to the study of plant species diversity and flora.
