山地葡萄智能水肥一体控制系统设计

结合当前丘陵山地葡萄园水肥一体灌溉的需求,设计了一款基于PLC控制的智能水肥一体化系统.该系统以西门子PLC为核心控制器,使用无线通信技术实时采集当前的温湿度、电导率、pH、EC值等参数,利用MCGS软件设计了触摸屏界面.根据当前的环境参数对灌溉电机泵进行变频控制,驱动执行机构进行种植环境参数的调节.该智能控制系统能够有效地对葡萄种植过程中的土壤墒情等多种参数以及环境参数进行无线采集传输,并通过PLC进行智能控制.运行试验结果表明:系统运行平稳、响应及时,可提高葡萄种植过程中水肥的利用率.
Design of Integrated Control System of Intelligent Water and Fertilizer for Mountain Grape
Based on the demand of integrated irrigation of water and fertilizer in hilly vineyards, an intelligent integrated system of water and fertilizer controlled by PLC was designed. The system uses Siemens PLC as the core controller, and uses wireless communication technology to collect the current temperature and humidity, conductivity, pH value, EC value and other parameters in real time. MCGS software is used to design a touch screen interface. According to the current environmental parameters, the irrigation motor pump frequency control is carried out, and the actuator is driven to adjust the planting environmental parameters. The intelligent control system can effectively collect and transmit various parameters such as soil moisture and environmental parameters in the process of grape planting, and carry out intelligent control through PLC. The system runs smoothly and responds in time, which improves the utilization rate of water and fertilizer in the process of grape planting.
