摘要
科尔沁沙地综合治理是内蒙古推进"三北"等重点生态工程建设的重中之重.翁牛特旗作为内蒙古赤峰市境内科尔沁沙地综合治理的主战场,通过不断探索和创新防沙治沙新模式取得了显著成效.但同时也不同程度存在政策支持不足、科技支撑缺乏、一体化保护和系统治理效果不明显等一系列问题.应全面落实保护与治理并重、充分调动相关各方积极性、强化林草科技支撑,努力实现既治沙又致富的"双赢"目标.
Abstract
The comprehensive management of Horqin Sandy Land is the top priority for Inner Mongolia to promote the construction of key eco-logical projects such as "three north". Ongniud Banner,as the main battlefield of comprehensive management of Horqin Sandy Land in Chifeng City,Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region,has achieved remarkable results through continuous exploration and innovation of new models of sand prevention and control. But at the same time,there are also a series of problems to varying degrees,such as insufficient policy support,lack of technological support,and ineffective integrated protection and system governance. We should comprehensively implement the equal emphasis on protection and governance,fully mobilize the enthusiasm of relevant parties, strengthen the support of forest and grass technology,and strive to achieve the "win-win" goal of both desertification control and wealth.
