Measurement and Strategy Analysis of Agricultural and Rural Modernization Level in Heilongjiang Province
Agricultural and rural modernization is an indispensable part of China's modernization road. This paper constructs the evaluation index system of agricultural and rural modernization level in Heilongjiang Province from three dimensions: high quality and efficiency of agri-culture, rural livability and farmers' prosperity. The entropy method is used to comprehensively measure the level of agricultural and rural modernization in Heilongjiang Province, and the development stages of different periods are determined. The results show that the development level of agricultural and rural modernization in Heilongjiang Province from 2000 to 2022 is on the rise as a whole, and it has reached the basic realization stage. The development level of high quality and efficiency of agriculture, rural industry and livability, and farmers' prosperity and prosperity are constantly improving. According to the results, countermeasures and suggestions are put forward from three dimensions, aiming at promoting the development of agricultural modernization in Heilongjiang Province and realizing rural revitalization.
