摘要
在农业农村现代化进程中,以"新农科"为指引培养服务"三农"的新型高素质人才,是高等农林教育的新使命.在分析"新农科"背景下高等农林教育改革的使命和必要性的基础上,从知识能力、自觉行动和发展创新3个角度剖析经管类农林人才核心能力,探讨由学习力、自动力和创新力构成的经管类农林人才核心能力体系,并提出经管类农林人才核心能力体系运行的实践对策,包含知识体系构建、教育特色化定位及促进社会性发展,以促进经管类农林人才与农业农村现代化发展需求高度匹配.
Abstract
It is a new mission of higher agricultural and forestry education to cultivate new and high-quality talents who serve agriculture, rural areas, and farmers guided by new agricultural science in the process of agricultural and rural modernization.Firstly, the issue analyses the mis-sion and necessity of higher agricultural and forestry education reform under the background of new agricultural science.Then, the issue analy-ses the core competence of agriculture, forestry and management talents from the perspectives of knowledge, conscious and innovation.Second-ly, we discuss the core competency system composed of learning ability, automation ability, and innovation ability for agriculture, forestry and management talents.Finally, in order to match agriculture, forestry and management talents with the needs of agricultural and rural moderniza-tion, some practical strategies for the operation of the core competency system of agriculture, forestry and management talents should be taken, which include the construction of knowledge systems, the positioning of educational characteristics, and the promotion of social development.
