滇池流域森林防火通道管控及提升策略

摘要
以滇池流域为例,分析火灾发生情况、主要火源、野外用火方式、基础设施等现状,结果显示:森林防火通道存在分布不均,功能单一,基础设施薄弱,管控力度不够等问题.对此,提出了全面提升防火通道功能,科学规划布局,构建一体化森林防火基础设施,建立规范高效管控措施等对策,为森林防火通道管控及提升提供参考.
Abstract
Using the Dianchi Lake Watershed as a case study,this paper analyzes the current situation of fire occurrence,main fire sources,methods of outdoor fire use and infrastructure.The results indicate that there are issues with uneven distribution,single functionality,weak in-frastructure,and insufficient control measures in forest fire prevention corridors.To address these issues,this paper proposes comprehensive strategies to enhance the functionality of fire prevention corridors,scientifically-informed planning and layout,construct integrated forest fire prevention infrastructure,establish standardized and efficient management and control measures,offering guidance for the management and en-hancement of forest fire prevention corridors.
