摘要
为提高弗吉尼亚栎种子的发芽率,以弗吉尼亚栎种子为材料,选用不同浓度的吲哚乙酸(IAA)、萘乙酸(NAA)外源激素分别浸种1、3 h,以清水浸种1、3 h为对照,在 20℃恒温下观测种子的发芽指标.结果表明:100 mg/L NAA浸种 1h发芽率为 66.70%,100、200 mg/L IAA浸种3h和150 mg/L浸种1hIAA发芽势均为53.30%;100 mg/L IAA浸种3h的发芽指数为16.38;100 mg/L IAA浸种3h的胚根生长为3.80 cm,优于对照及其他处理.
Abstract
In order to improve the germination rate of Q.virginiana seeds,the seeds of Q.virginiana were soaked in different concentrations of exogenous hormones indoleacetic acid(IAA)and naphthoacetic acid(NAA)for 1 h and 3 h,respectively.The seeds were soaked in water for 1 h and 3 h,and the germination indexes of the seeds were observed at a constant temperature of 20℃.The results showed that the germi-nation rate of seeds soaked with 100 mg/L naphthoacetic acid(NAA)for 1 h was 66.70%.The germination rate of indoleacetic acid(IAA)was 53.30%at 100 mg/L,200 mg/L for 3 h and 150 mg/L for 1 h.The germination index of seeds soaked with 100 mg/L indoleacetic acid(IAA)for 3 h was 16.38.The radicle growth of seeds soaked with 100 mg/L indoleacetic acid(IAA)for 3 h was 3.80 cm,which was better than the control and other treatments.
