数字经济赋能江苏农业高质量发展的实证研究

摘要
基于2000-2021年江苏省13个地级市的面板数据,运用熵权法测算出各地级市的农业高质量发展水平与数字经济发展水平,并使用回归方法分析数字经济对江苏农业高质量发展的影响及其特点.结果表明:数字经济对江苏农业高质量发展具有显著的正向影响;平均来看,数字经济发展水平每提高1个单位,将引致农业高质量发展水平提高0.2～0.4个单位;数字经济对农业高质量发展的影响程度在农业高质量发展水平较低时更大;数字经济对经济发展水平较低、农业增加值比重较高、数字经济发展水平较低的地级市农业高质量发展的促进作用更大.
Abstract
Based on the panel data of 13 prefectures in Jiangsu Province from 2000 to 2021,this paper uses the entropy weight method to measure the level of high-quality agricultural development and digital economy development in each prefecture,and uses regression methods to analyse the impact of digital economy on high-quality agricultural development in Jiangsu and its characteristics.The results indicate that the digital economy has a significant positive impact on the high-quality agricultural development in Jiangsu.On average,an increase of 1 unit in the development level of digital economy will lead to an increase of 0.2-0.4 units in the high-quality development level of agriculture.The im-pact of digital economy on high-quality agricultural development is greater when the level of high-quality agricultural development is lower.Dig-ital economy plays a greater role in promoting high-quality agricultural development in prefectures with lower economic development level,higher proportion of agricultural added value or lower level of digital economy development.
