摘要
促进牧区畜牧业生产方式由传统粗放式向绿色高效转变,既是畜牧业高质量发展的新途径,也是畜牧业现代化的主要标志.当前,在草原生态保护形势依旧严峻、畜牧业发展相对粗放的背景下,内蒙古传统畜牧业正处于艰难转型的关键期.面向未来,必须立足于牧区资源禀赋,秉持"以草定畜、优化布局、调整结构、提高产能、产业融合"的发展思路,不断提高草原畜牧业集约化、标准化、产业化程度,提升绿色畜产品生产能力是传统畜牧业向现代化发展的关键举措.
Abstract
It is not only a new way of high-quality development of animal mode of production,but also a major symbol of its modernization.At present,grassland ecological protection situation is still serious,the development of animal husbandry is relatively extensive,the traditional ani-mal husbandry in Inner Mongolia is in a difficult transition period.Facing the future,we must base on the natural resources of pastoral areas and adhere to the development thinking of"determining livestock by grass,optimizing layout,adjusting structure,improving production capac-ity,and integrating industry",it is the key measure to improve the intensive,standardized and industrialized degree of grassland animal hus-bandry,and to enhance the production capacity of green animal products.
