油酸是决定花生油氧化稳定性和营养价值的重要品质指标.近年来,国内外学者已将提高花生油酸含量,降低亚油酸含量作为品质改良的重要方向.综合利用分子标记辅助选择与传统育种技术优化花生脂肪酸组成成分及含量,培育兼具高产、抗病性强和专用型的高油酸花生品种对促进花生产业发展,增进人民健康具有重要意义.围绕高油酸性状产生的分子机理、分子标记技术在高油酸花生育种上的应用、高油酸花生鉴定技术进行综述,分析了我国高油酸品种选育现状,指出当前高油酸花生育种存在的主要问题,以期为拓宽高油酸花生育种目标提供借鉴参考.
Research Progress in Peanut Breeding with High Oleic Acid
Oleic acid is an important quality index that determines the oxidation stability and nutritional value of peanut oil.In recent years, scholars at home and abroad have taken increasing oleic acid content and reducing linoleic acid content as an important direction of quality im-provement.Optimizing the composition and content of peanut fatty acids through molecular marker-assisted selection and traditional breeding techniques, and cultivating high oleic acid peanut varieties with high yield, strong disease resistance, and specialized properties is of great sig-nificance for promoting the development of the peanut industry and improving people's health.This paper reviewed the molecular mechanism of high oleic acid traits, the application of molecular marker-assisted selection in high oleic acid peanut breeding, and the identification tech-nology of high oleic acid peanuts.It analyzed the current status of high oleic acid variety breeding, and pointed out the problems in high oleic acid peanut breeding in China to provide a reference for expanding the breeding objectives of high oleic acid peanut.
