浅生定向槽种植淮山药产量与品质分析

为完善和优化淮山药浅生定向槽种植技术,明确其栽培成效,在江苏省3个淮山药产地设置浅生定向槽种植与传统粉垄种植的田间比较试验,探究浅生定向槽种植对淮山药产量、品质和口感的影响.结果表明,与传统粉垄种植相比,浅生定向槽种植淮山药单株块茎生物量显著提升,块茎中总皂苷含量显著增加,但块茎口感的细腻度有所降低,硬度增高.综合认为,应用淮山药浅生定向槽种植可提升块茎产量和功能品质;尤其在土壤较黏重、垂直种植种收作业较困难的产区,更应提倡应用淮山药浅生定向槽种植技术.
Yield and Quality Analysis of Dioscorea opposita with Directional Cultivation Conditions
In order to improve and optimize the directional cultivation technology and clarify its production effectiveness, a field comparative experiment was conducted between the directional cultivation and traditional smash-ridging technology to explore the impacts of directional cul-tivation on the yield, quality, and taste of Dioscorea opposita.The experiment was repeated in three producing areas of Dioscorea opposita in Jiangsu Province.The results showed that the directional cultivation significantly increased the tuber biomass of individual plant and the con-tent of total saponin in Dioscorea opposita tubers.The delicacy of the tuber taste decreased and the hardness increased under the directional cultivation conditions.Overall, the application of directional cultivation technology could improve the yield and functional quality of Dioscorea opposita tuber, and should be preferentially promoted in the areas with sticky and heavy soils, where the vertical planting and harvesting opera-tions were hard to implement.
